UPDATE [2023] – Back in 2004 when I happened upon this vegan chorizo, Soyrizo, I loved it. At the time there really wasn’t anything else like it. Now, in 2023, there are quite a few vegan “meats” and more all the time, and there are a lot of different vegan chorizos.
This one looks really good, but I have not tried it yet – Abbot’s Butcher Chorizo, The “Next Generation” of Plant-Based Meats. Protein Rich, Balanced Macros. The first meatless meat that delivers on taste, texture and quality.
