It says on the wrapper of my very, very favorite fake meat – Artisan * Vegan. These are indeed artisan vegan sausages. I use these in so many dishes and they are fantastic.

cooksimple Tibetan Dal
I found a box of this Tibetan Dal by cooksimple at my local Village Market. It was on sale.
This stew was amazing. I ate it all already, though I did share it with a neighbor and friend. I had it over white rice and it was very nice.

This is the new and improved site! Like it? I do. So sorry it took so crazy long. I have been busy doing other things. But I have so many new vegan foods to add to the blog, I just had to come back. I have a new house on 22 acres of wooded land. My neighbors are blueberry farmers so there is some good food close by, walking distance actually.
